On the contrary, this policy will also play an active role in the development of enterprises that attach importance to the development of renewable energy. Just like a lever that can be adjusted, the quota system can enable power generation companies to use conventional energy to generate electricity while failing to evade corporate social responsibility. Therefore, in addition to many voices suggesting that allowance trading be allowed, there are some voices suggesting that quotas in developed regions be raised, or that quotas for areas that are not rich in resources be reduced. There are even some provinces and cities, including developed regions, who are unwilling to assume quotas.

Although the introduction of the quota system is in full swing, there is still a lot of work that needs to be coordinated.
