Regarding the patent, Yuyuan said that it did not have any patent or technology authorization with Sanan Optoelectronics, and reiterated that "With the shares invested by Sanan Optoelectronics, Yuanyuan will expand investment in Taiwan and actively recruit talents. Retaining talents and increasing employment opportunities to continuously enhance Taiwan's R&D capabilities and the core competitiveness of the LED industry. There is no patent and technology grant to Sanan Optoelectronics.
