The grid voltage varies from AC100V-240V with a large span. This requires that the filament lamp power supply can be applied to AC100V-240V input voltage.

The basic operating voltage and current of the filament lamp is DC150V/10-30mA. Therefore, the power supply will be designed for step-up (AC90-130V input), step-down (AC180-265V input), and automatic lift according to different input voltage ranges. SM7313P is a high-precision and high-efficiency non-isolated LED constant current drive control chip. The chip adopts a BUCK circuit structure and works in a fixed frequency mode. It can realize a small output current and high voltage within 5W using a relatively small chip inductor. Program. The constant current accuracy can reach ±3% of the full voltage range, with few external components and low solution cost. SM7313P also has LED output protection function such as open and short circuit protection.

The power board of this solution has a diameter of 15.4mm and a height of 14mm, and can be directly placed in the E14 lamp head. No white plastic kit is required. When 30V/20mA filaments are used in two strings and one, the input range of 100Vac~265Vac can be supported.

SM7315P/SM7307 Non-Isolated High Current Filament Lamp Solutions

SM7315P and SM7307 are non-isolated BUCK LED constant current driver control chip. High-voltage self-starting and power supply technology eliminates the need for auxiliary windings to provide power and does not require any compensation components to achieve a constant output current. There are few peripheral components and the solution cost is low. The schematic of the SM7307 solution is shown in Figure 4.
