Unity supports 360-degree stereo picture and video capture

Summary: Unity's official blog describes in more detail how to get the most out of Unity's latest features.

Unity developers have designed a very durable tool library to assist in creating VR video games, animations, and VR experiences. Now this tool library will satisfy all the needs of users to create VR works, even including live real-time action records.

It's easier than ever to create a panoramic trailer and related experiences for platforms like YouTube, Within, Jaunt, Facebook360 and Steam360Video. You can download the beta version of Unity from Unityblog to test new features.

However, this beta version is not perfect, and some shaders of the shadow algorithm may have some problems, such as screen space shadows. I hope this small problem can be solved in the next update.

Unity also has its own virtual community where users can share their work, plus a small label for #madewithunity. This initiative is still in the experimental stage, so there may be problems or minor problems. If so, if you have any appeals, be sure to contact Unity's developers. You can contact the developer through the beta forum, and the link at the bottom of the Unity blog is.

Regular Unity users will soon notice the panoramic stereo capture option under XR settings, which is intended to unify the shaders that generate the panorama capture feature - these are usually not used in normal player builds.
