The 6# blast furnace is a 750m 3 blast furnace. The 6# blast furnace draws on the experience of the previous old blast furnace and uses a large number of advanced production processes in the construction. The variable frequency control of the blast furnace dust removal fan is a typical application of advanced technology. In the past, the old blast furnace dust removal fan was generally operated by a power frequency or a fluid coupling. If the motor is operated at the power frequency, the air volume of the damper is adjusted to adjust the air volume to meet the production process requirements, and a large amount of electric energy is wasted on the valve ; if the hydraulic coupling is used for speed regulation, the following disadvantages exist:
