(a) Basic qualification requirements

1. The bidder shall have the qualification of a legal entity who has entered into a contract independently;

2. With a perfect quality management system, it must hold an ISO9001 certification issued by a nationally recognized qualification agency or an equivalent quality management system certification;

3. In the last three years, no bad behavior such as fraudulent bid winning and serious breach of contract has occurred;

4. Is not being ordered to suspend business, property is taken over, frozen and bankruptcy;

5. The business is in good condition and has been profitable for two consecutive years in the past three years.

6. The bidder shall have the qualifications of import and export companies. If the bidder is an equipment agent, it shall have the agency authorization issued by the equipment manufacturer.

(II) Special qualification requirements

1. The equipment manufacturer (or the equipment agency in China) has 5 sets or more of the equipment in use in the last 5 years, of which at least 2 sets or more have applied for the offshore project.

2. The bidding equipment shall provide the wind analysis performance verification analysis report issued by the international authoritative certification authority (DNV-GL, etc.).

3. At the same time, the qualification requirements for the technical part of the bidding documents must be met.
