1. F0002 is an overvoltage fault.
2, the cause of the failure -
1) The voltage value of the DC link exceeds the trip threshold;
2) The overvoltage is caused by the power supply voltage being too high or the motor is in the regenerative braking mode;
3) The ramp is falling too fast, or the motor is rotated by the large inertia load and is in regenerative braking state.
3, the general solution -
1) Check the power cable and motor grounding of the motor to see if there is any broken cable or improper grounding.
2) Increase the values ​​of the ramp parameters P1120 and P1121 of the inverter.
3) Is the brake resistor configured? If not configured, please pay attention to setting parameter P1240=1; if the braking resistor is configured, please pay attention to setting parameter P1240=0.
4. Generally speaking, the inverter is easy to report undervoltage faults when the frequency rises, and it is easy to report overvoltage faults when the frequency drops. Overvoltage faults are easily generated during deceleration and braking. If your inverter power supply voltage is too high, then the inverter will also report F0002.
