Personal amateur radio refers to a radio station set up by amateur radio enthusiasts and used by myself for self-training, mutual communication and technical research. According to the "Interim Measures", the establishment of personal amateur radio stations should meet the following conditions:
(1) Citizens of the People's Republic of China who are at least 18 years of age (receiving station 15 years and over) and are members of the China Radio Sports Association.
(2) Having the "Personal Amateur Radio Operation Certificate of the People's Republic of China".
(3) I have a radio transceiver that conforms to the national standards such as "Identification of Radio Transmission and Determination of Necessary Bandwidth", "Limits and Measurement Methods of Radio Transmitter Spurious Emission Power Levels" and "Tolerance of Transmitted Video Rate" device.
(4) The working environment is safe and reliable, and necessary management measures are necessary.
(5) Familiar with and abide by the international and domestic regulations on amateur radio management.
According to regulations, some personnel are not allowed to set up personal amateur radio stations. These personnel are:
(1) Those who have been released from prison for less than five years;
(2) Those who have been released from re-education through labor for less than three years;
(3) Those who have been punished by the Radio Regulatory Commission for revoking their radio licenses, seizing or confiscating equipment for less than three years;
(4) Those who have been punished by the Radio Sports Association for revoking the Operation Certificate for less than two years;
(5) Other personnel at all levels who are deemed unsuitable for setting up a platform.
(1) I fill out three copies of the "Application Form for Setting Up a Personal Amateur Radio Station" in three copies (the listening station has four copies). Fill out the form with a pen or brush, and write clearly. (2) Submit the "Application Form for Setting Up an Amateur Radio Station" with the "Operation Certificate" after signing the opinion of the unit, and report to the Radio Sports Association of the province, autonomous region or municipality for review and pre-designate the frequency and call sign. (4) Purchase or self-made or modified equipment to the designated sales unit with the approval and approval documents of the Radio Management Committee.
(5) After purchasing or making homemade radio equipment, the radio management committee or the radio testing agency authorized by it shall pass the inspection, and then go to the radio management committee to apply for a radio license. After receiving the radio license, the license issuing unit will keep a copy of the Application Form for Station Establishment and send it to the provincial and China Radio Sports Associations for record.
Applicants can only contact and exchange QSL cards with domestic and foreign amateur radio stations in accordance with regulations after obtaining radio licenses. Personal amateur radio stations are supervised and inspected by picketing and listening agencies composed of radio management committees, sports committees and radio sports associations at all levels. Anyone who violates these measures and various radio management regulations, according to the severity of the circumstances, radio sports associations above the provincial level may give a punishment to advise, warn, fine, suspend operation or revoke the Operation Certificate. Provincial or national radio regulatory commissions can impose penalties for revoking radio licenses, seizing or confiscating equipment.
